What to Know About the Property Details Page (PDP)

Once you have found a property on our website, you can click on the listing to open the Property Details Page (PDP). This page will provide you with the following:

  • Property Overview & Auction Information

Property Overview & Auction Information

This PDP section provides a quick overview of the property and when the auction will occur.

Property Image(s) & Map View

There are several ways that you can view a property within the PDP.

  • Property Image(s): Click on the left and right arrows and the dots located under the main image to view all available pictures. Each dot represents an image.

  • Map View: To view the property on the map, click on the drop pin in the property image's lower right corner.

Save a Property as a Favorite

To save all of your favorite properties, you must be logged in. Click on the heart found in the upper left corner of the property image on the PDP, and it will fill in with blue. You have successfully added the property to your “Saved Listings.”

Auction Information

You will find important auction information and document downloads on the right side of the property image(s). This information differs depending on the type of auction the property is in (Online or Foreclosure).

Online Auction Information:

  • Auction Start Date & Countdown Clock- Provides you with the exact date and time of the auction. Once the auction begins, the countdown clock will set to how long you have to bid.

  • Starting Bid/ Current Bid- If the auction has not started or received a bid, "Starting Bid" will be displayed. Once a bid has been placed, "Starting Bid" will update to "Current Bid."

  • Auction Registration- You can click the blue "Register for Auction" button to register for the auction event. You must be signed into your account and registered to participate in the auction.

  • Auction Event Name- This will indicate what auction event this property is grouped in. Additionally, once you register for a property within this auction event, you can bid on any property within the same event.

  • Auction Dates- Provides you with the dates that the auction will be open for bidding. Please keep an eye on the countdown clock once the auction opens to ensure you don't miss the bidding window, as most auctions end in the morning on the last day.

  • Auction Method- Will indicate how you can participate in the auction.

Foreclosure Auction Information:

  • Auction Type & Crying the Sale- "Foreclosure" will be listed at the top, and who will be crying the sale will be visible.

  • Status- Auction status updates will be listed here. This will be important to monitor before auction day and the day of for any cancellations or postponements that may occur.

  • Sale Date- The sale date and time of the auction are listed here.

  • Estimated Opening Bid- This may be visible the day of or the day before the auction. It is not guaranteed that the Estimated Opening Bid will be available before the auction, so it is essential that you have done your Due Diligence to determine the property's worth and what your highest and best offer will be.

  • Sale Location- Will provide you with instructions on where the auction will take place.

  • What to Bring to the Auction- This is important for you to know what you need to bring to the auction and how to best prepare for bidding day.

Document Downloads

If available, any documents that we have on the property will be available to download. You must be logged into your account to download any documents.

Key Features

Key features of the property will be noted here, such as Interior Access Availability, No Buyer's Premium, Cash Only or Financing Available, and more.

Property Details

A quick property overview will be listed here based on available information such as Property Type, Bed and Bath count, Square Footage and Acres, Year built, Vacancy status, and more.

Market Analysis

On each Property Details Page (PDP), ServiceLink Auction has provided you with a Market Analysis, giving you the tools needed to optimize your due diligence.

This analysis provides you with comparable sales data, county & tax assessment information, additional property characteristics, and nearby schools.

Transaction Details

Transaction Details will provide additional details about purchasing the property, such as auction type, if there is a buyer's premium, the type of financing you can offer, what you, as the buyer, are responsible for, broker/agent co-op commission, and more. Available for online auctions only.

License Information

Broker Licensing Information is available here. For information concerning specific properties, please contact Customer Service for timely and comprehensive assistance. Brokers will not have information on how to bid and cannot assist with bid submission.
