How to Search by City, State, Zip Code, County, or Address
You can locate properties within a specific area by entering your search criteria into the search bar on our homepage. You can enter a specific state, city, zip code, or county.
How to Narrow Your Search
View the Search Results Page (SRP)
Once you enter your search, a results page will show all properties within your search criteria available through auction. This page will show you the following:
Filters to narrow your search
The number of properties we have available within your search criteria
Sort by
Download search results
Save search criteria
Type of view: Cards, Map, List/Map Split Show all properties in a card view, map view, or a split view between list & map.
Property Information & auction date
#1: Filters
You can apply filters to narrow your search by the following:
Auction Program: Any, Foreclosure, Newly Foreclosed, Bank-Owned- REO, and Short Sale
Occupancy: Vacant or Occupied
Property Type: Single Family Home, Condo/Town Home, Multi-Family, Land, and Commercial
Features: Buyer Exclusive, No Buyer's Premium, Financing Considered, etc.
More Filters: Auction Period, Auction Type, Auction Dates, Square Feet, Year Built, Bed, and Bath.
#2: Number of Properties
The number of properties that we have available within your search criteria will be visible on the SRP.
#3: Sort By
You can sort properties by
Ending Soonest
Ending Latest
Recently Listed
#4: Download Search Results
You can easily download your search results into an excel sheet by clicking " Download Results." This excel sheet will provide you with an exported list and detailed information such as:
Auction program
Property address
Bed & bath count
Interior and lost size
Year built
Occupancy
Auction dates
Listing Agent information, if available.
#5: Save Search Results
If you have narrowed down your search criteria and would like to save it to your ServiceLink Auction account for easy access, you can do so by clicking the "Save Search" button. Name your search and easily access your saved search from your Dashboard, as shown below:

#6: Type of View
You can choose how you would like to view the properties available within your search criteria by clicking on one of the types of view; Map, Split, or Card.
Map View:
Prefer to see all the properties in a map view? Click on the drop icon at the top right of your Search Results Page.
Split View
Check out the “split view,” where you can see the property cards and the placement of each property on the map.
Card View
The default view is the "card view," where only the property cards are visible.
#7: Property Information & Auction Date
Each Property Card will provide a quick overview of the property and the auction date. Click the heart on the card to save the property to your favorites, or on the card's address to open the Property Details Page (PDP) to find out more about the property and registration for the auction.
