Financing will only be considered for select online auction properties. You can utilize our filter feature to "Show Only" Financing Considered properties available. Before placing your bid, you must be prepared to provide a pre-qualification letter to ServiceLink Auction.

Financing is not an option if a property is designated as ‘Cash Only’ on the property detail page. Sometimes, a hard money loan may be accepted but not guaranteed for Cash Only properties.

Can I purchase under a company name?

If you are purchasing under an entity (LLC, CORPORATION, LP, etc.), please confirm the Name of the ENTITY (‘Name on Contract’) matching recorded documents. We also need the exact spelling of the authorized signer’s name. The spelling of the signer’s name must match the signer listed in the Entity documents.
