What happens when you win an online auction?

If you are the High Bidder and your bid meets the seller's threshold for review, you will be asked to complete the Vesting verification form. This form will provide the information necessary for creating the Purchase Contract and must be returned within 24 hours of auction close. 

In addition to the Vesting form, your bid cannot be submitted to the seller for consideration until all of the following documentation is provided: 

  • Entity Documents (if applicable): provide Entity Documents so Purchase Contract can be created

  • Purchase Contract: sign the Purchase Contract within 24 hours of receipt

  • Earnest Money Deposit: provide Earnest Money Deposit receipt 

  • Proof of Funds: provide current Proof of Funds (financial statements and loan pre-qualification letter (if applicable)
