Live auctions typically held in a hotel ballroom that also offers an online Simulcast for bidders that cannot attend at the live auction location. Simulcast bidders must register online and demonstrate possession of Earnest Money prior to the deadline presented in the Simulcast registration form. In-person bidders must register on location at the day of the event.

Bid approval can be requested by downloading registration instructions (Word Document) by clicking the Register button on the property. Buyer must submit all required registration information including proof of Earnest Money prior to the Simulcast registration deadline to be approved to bid via Simulcast.
